The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Business Operations Specialist, based in Adelaide to support Boeing Defence Australia's Business Operations Team. This role has a particular focus on supporting the BDA site office in Adelaide and respective customer operations and programs, but has scope for growth and development for the right candidate. There will be routine travel between domestic Boeing locations required as part of this role.
Responsibilities
- Supports site and State operations management and compliance.
- Coordinates facilities operations and administration, office management tasks.
- Supports external engagement activities and events.
- Participates in documenting and improving business processes and procedures for the purpose of safeguarding people, property, information and the environment while demonstrating understanding of policies and compliance standards.
- Compiles, analyses and monitors data and prepares regular and ad hoc reports.
- Support the Adelaide Leadership Team in planning and delivering routine and non-routine activities to support South Australian operations.
Experience/Qualifications
- Previous business operations / project management & project execution experience essential.
- Previous experience in office/facilities management / event coordination is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives is highly desirable.
- Experience working in complex / matrix based organisations would be desirable.
- Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements.
